Camp Hours
9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Extended Hours
Before Camp: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
After Camp: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Fees
Camp Fee: $230 per session per child
Before Camp: $20 per family
After Camp: $30 per family

Early Drop Off and Late Pick Up Fee
For those who are not pre-registered for extended hours but will need it occasionally, a daily rate of $3 for before-camp care or $5 for after-camp care will be charged per family. This rule will be strictly enforced and we appreciate your cooperation. Receipts will not be issued if it is not pre-arranged at the time of registration.

Refund policy
There is an administration fee of $30 for each cancellation on or before June 1. NO REFUND after June 1.

Food policy
Please bring your own lunch, drinks and two snacks. Peanuts and nut products are NOT allowed. The fridge and microwave will not be available for campers. If you have any concerns, please speak to the camp staff.

Things not to bring to camp
Please do not bring toys, playing cards, electronic games, valuable items or anything that may cause health or safety concerns to other campers.

Performance & Party from 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Session One: July 21 (Friday)
Session Two: August 4 (Friday)

Important note
No foul language, intimidation of other children / bullying, abuse of church property or inappropriate behaviour will be  tolerated. We will notify parents if unacceptable behaviour occurs. In the event that such inappropriate behaviour continues, we will send a camper home for one day to allow a period of reflection on the part of the camper. However, if the misbehaviour happens again, we reserve the right to remove a child from Kids Clubhouse for such unacceptable behaviour.

How to Register?
Please fill in the form below. Once the form has been filled out a confirmation email will be sent out. Upon receiving the confirmation email, please complete the payment. Payment will be completed through e-transfer; please e-transfer the amount to finance@rhcbc.org and include "KCH2023 (name of camper(s))" in the Message Column.

Please fill in the registration form for each child that is attending. Payment may be made together, but please ensure that ALL camper names are listed in the Message Column.
