The ‘A Cup of Water’ committee purchased $4,000 in grocery gift cards. They then encouraged the children, youth, and families in the Children’s Ministry to participate by using the gift cards to purchase groceries for the community. In August, we received more than $4,000 worth of groceries from the children/youth and this week, the Food Bank picked up a truck loaded with the groceries. We celebrate together with a deeper understanding of God’s blessing to us and the joy of sharing with others.
